What You'll Do

  • own and elevate our recruiting strategy – with clear focus on quality, efficiency, and scalability
  • champion our employer brand and candidate experience – without big budgets, but with big ideas
  • lead, coach and inspire a global team of 5, while also getting hands-on in critical searches
  • act as a sparring partner for hiring managers and senior leaders – challenging, advising and steering hiring decisions
  • continuously improve recruiting processes with a data- and impact-driven mindset – leveraging automation and AI where it makes us better
  • build strong, long-term pipelines for key roles and future growth areas

YOU COME WITH

  • 6+ years in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, including 2+ years in a leadership role – ideally in a high-performance, fast-moving environment
  • a strong sense for quality and cultural fit – and the courage to challenge decisions when needed
  • proven ability to deliver results without large budgets – you think in impact, not in headcount
  • a hands-on attitude – you love working with your team and actively recruiting top talent yourself
