Our distribution center is a pioneering logistics center with the highest sustainability standards that is fully geared towards efficient processes. From here we ship our goods quickly, safely and reliably to 69 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Let’s DELIVER together:

• You lead our employees and take care of the planning and management of daily work processes and staffing needs.
• You take care of performance apportionment and conduct employee reviews.
• You evaluate data to collect productivity as well as create reporting and collaborate with various internal departments. (e.g. Customer Relations.)
• You will be responsible for actively monitoring and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), Service Level Agreements (SLA's), and processes within our systems.
• You will report directly to the Fulfillment Manager and actively participate in the development and implementation of operational processes.

• You have a valid and unrestricted work permit for Germany (no job seeker visa, no student visa).
