Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on, versatile Senior Full Stack Engineer for a Team Lead position who is comfortable building backend, frontend, and scalable services. We are developing a cloud-based telepresence solution for the operating room that integrates in our product portfolio for the digital operating room.

Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development, and deployment of new features and enhancements for scalable web services.
2. Write clean, readable Typescript code to develop and maintain well-structured and efficient applications.
3. Optimize front-end performance and ensure seamless user experience through the effective use of Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
4. Architect and implement robust backend solutions using C# and other technologies, ensuring security, scalability, and maintainability.
5. Collaborate with the DevOps team to streamline CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based infrastructure for efficient development and deployment.
6. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality, maintainable code across the team.
7. Troubleshoot complex issues in both frontend and backend systems, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on projects.
8. Develop a real-time video collaboration platform built on WebSocket and WebRTC protocols.
9. Work closely with cross-functional teams, specifying and negotiating APIs that are used between components of the solution.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 6 years of experience building scalable web services in a professional software environment.
2. Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable web services, with a strong preference for expertise in Angular.
3. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
4. Strong passion for software development, architecture, and system design.
5. Advanced full stack development skills, from backend to frontend, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, databases, and RESTful services.
6. In-depth experience with C# for high-level software development.
7. Solid understanding of modern web development practices and frameworks.
8. Hands-on experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
9. Experience with WebRTC streaming.
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Bonus Qualifications

1. Experience leveraging analytics and data to make informed decisions, driving improvements in platform efficiency and performance.
2. Familiarity with React for front-end development.
3. Knowledge of ASP.NET or Node.js for backend development.
