The Role: How you'll make an impact at Personio

The role is primarily office-based in Munich. Join our passionate sales team to lead and develop our sales development team, shape the future of HR technology, and significantly impact customer experience.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales development representatives, participate in recruitment, and foster a customer-centric sales culture.
  • Drive achievement of sales targets through guidance and motivation.
  • Develop and implement lead and account generation strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and account teams for seamless sales processes.
  • Identify target customer profiles and decision-makers.
  • Utilize data analysis to optimize sales processes and KPIs.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or as a sales development representative.
  • 1+ years of leadership experience in a B2B sales environment or extensive SaaS account executive experience.
  • Proven success in demand generation for inside and field sales teams.
  • Strong CRM skills (e.g., Salesforce, Groove, Salesloft, Outreach).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and models (MEDDIC, Challenger, BANT, etc.).
  • Native German (C2) and fluent in English.
