Activities
- Project Responsibility: You ensure our customers receive a fully functional, high-quality, and technologically advanced parking solution – from planning to final handover. You work closely with our Sales, Installation, CRM, and Technical Operations teams to guarantee a smooth and excellent customer journey.
- Customer Focus and Communication: You act as an extended contact for our customers. Your strong communication skills ensure all stakeholders are well-informed and complex information is conveyed clearly.
- Team Development & Mentoring: You serve as a mentor, enabling team members through knowledge and skill transfer to raise the overall level in Project Management.
- Resource Management: You allocate and manage team resources as needed to meet deadlines in top quality and within budget.
- Operational Excellence: You ensure all operational processes are efficient and all project goals are achieved on time.
- Performance Measurement: You are responsible for KPI tracking, progress monitoring, and evaluating goal achievement.
- Interface Management: You act as a liaison between departments, monitor project progress, and proactively develop solutions for potential risks.
- Shaping Company Success: You bring technical expertise and organizational skills to support the success of the company in parking solutions.
Requirements
- Professional Knowledge & Experience: Over 5 years of experience in a competitive and dynamic environment, ideally in IoT/SaaS, construction, real estate, or event management.
- Technical Understanding: Solid understanding of technical systems.
- Ownership & Responsibility: You enjoy bringing order to chaos, are process-oriented, and make quick, careful decisions.
- Customer Focus & Proactivity: Always prioritize the customer with a proactive approach focused on results.
- Strategic Thinking & Implementation: Think like an entrepreneur, see the big picture, and aim to elevate Peter Park.
- Team Spirit & Communication: A true team player who actively contributes and supports others.

- Language Skills: Excellent German and English skills are required; additional languages are a plus.
The team consists of 12 colleagues.
