We are looking for a Team Lead Performance Marketing (Search) (f/m/x) to join our B2C brand Autohero. In this role, you will take full ownership of all paid search activities across Google Search, Bing, App Store, Play Store, and emerging AI-powered search platforms. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape one of our most critical customer acquisition channels and drive the profitable growth of Autohero across Europe. You will leverage your deep operational expertise and business acumen to develop and execute strategies that deliver measurable results and scale our customer base efficiently.

Your new Role

• Develop and execute paid search strategies across Google Search, Bing, App Store, Play Store, and AI-powered search platforms, tailored to the specific needs of the used car sales industry
• Build and lead a high-performing team, establishing scalable processes and structures to ensure flawless campaign execution, optimization, and knowledge sharing
• Identify, analyze, and structure relevant keywords in the market, integrating them into campaign setups in a coherent and strategic way to maximize channel performance and capture high-intent traffic
• Develop and use feedback loops on user quality within Search, feeding data back to advertising platforms to continuously improve the quality and cost-efficiency of acquired leads
• Analyze campaign performance in depth, using advanced data analysis to identify growth opportunities, establish clear cause-and-effect relationships, and maximize ROI
• Collaborate with the copywriting and product teams to co-develop compelling ad copy and app store content that resonates with target audiences and drives high-quality leads
• Stay at the forefront of search innovation, testing and integrating new features, betas, and AI-driven opportunities to maintain a competitive edge
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging constant testing, iteration, and adaptation to identify new growth levers and optimize performance

Your Skills

• Proven expertise in managing large-scale paid search campaigns across Google Search, Bing, and app stores, with a strong grasp of AI-powered search trends
• Deep understanding of keyword research, analysis, and integration to build high-performing, market-relevant campaign structures
• Experience designing and implementing feedback loops to optimize user quality and acquisition costs
• Strong leadership skills, with experience building and mentoring high-performing teams
• Advanced analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic decisions
• Strategic and creative thinker, capable of developing tailored search strategies and collaborating on impactful ad copy
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
• Fluent in English; proficiency in another European language such as German, Spanish, French, or Italian is a plus
