Responsibilities
  • Lead our in-house team of performance marketing experts and manage relationships with global media agencies and partners to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Oversee digital advertising initiatives, including brand campaigns, PPC, and ecommerce revenues, leveraging partnerships with Manchester United and Mercedes AMG Petronas F1.
  • Shape and execute digital media and performance marketing strategies for a globally recognized IT brand.
  • Drive global strategy, execution, and performance across channels like SEA, Paid Social, programmatic advertising, retargeting, affiliates, and SEO.
  • Lead and mentor marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with brand, product, and sales teams to align campaigns.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets across markets and establish accurate forecasts.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Refine performance tracking and reporting for various business goals, including ecommerce and lead generation.
  • Stay updated on trends and innovations to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
  • Approximately 6 years of experience in performance and brand marketing, with a successful track record across digital channels.
  • Over 2 years of management experience with strong leadership skills.
