What’s Your Mission?

You’ll take the lead in shaping and executing our online marketing strategy – with creativity, heart, and a performance-driven mindset. You think in stories, funnels, and metrics. Furthermore, you’re just as excited about a strong brand message as you are about an optimized CPC.

In your role, you will:

• Lead and mentor a talented in-house team of 5 marketing professionals.
• Own and evolve our online marketing strategy across all digital touchpoints.
• Create data-driven, targeted campaigns with a bold creative twist.
• Take our SEO and website performance to the next level.
• Manage paid performance channels like SEA, social media ads & email (HubSpot/Mailjet).
• Collaborate with design, content and external partners to deliver outstanding campaigns.
• Track, test, analyze – and always look for the next big opportunity.
• Align closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Customer Support) to bring marketing impact across the entire customer journey.
  
  

Who You Are

You're a natural storyteller with a passion for results. You love leading creative people, bringing out the best in them – while never losing sight of the bigger picture.

You bring:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven team leadership.
• A strong background in B2C and B2B marketing in an international environment.
• Confidence in working with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, HubSpot.
• An analytical mindset and love for numbers, dashboards & performance KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• A passion for cultural diversity, international education and purpose-driven work.
