About The Role :

As Team Lead Management Support Functions & HR Controlling, you will be the first point of contact for performance controlling of the RWE Offshore Wind (OFF) Management & Support Function (MSF) departments. You and your team will also be responsible for HR Controlling for the global offshore wind organization. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Controlling Offshore, you will support RWE Offshore Wind's global growth by adapting existing solutions and implementing new ideas.

1. Oversee performance controlling and reporting for Management & Support Functions of RWE Offshore Wind.
2. Develop staff planning processes and MSF mid- and long-term planning.
3. Lead and develop a team of 8 Controlling experts.
4. Prepare reports, management presentations, and ad-hoc reports for senior management.
5. Design and implement technical HR concepts and reporting standards, ensuring data protection and quality.
6. Serve as the central contact for internal Service Level Agreements and cross-border billing processes within renewables and RWE Group.
7. Manage cost controlling governance, including structures and principles in SAP S/4 and CARS.
8. Lead projects to improve controlling processes across teams and countries.

Your Profile :

1. Advanced university degree in Economics, Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, or similar (M.Sc. or equivalent).
2. Several years of relevant professional experience.
3. Strong analytical skills with knowledge of controlling methods and financial management.
4. Self-motivated with a hands-on, fact-oriented approach.
5. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and pay attention to detail.
6. Proven ability to develop teams through change.
7. Reliable, trustworthy leadership with resilience and a good sense of humor.
8. Focus on employee development, motivation, customer orientation, initiative, and solution-oriented collaboration.
9. Excellent communication skills, stakeholder coordination, and experience with international projects.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of controlling systems, especially SAP, is highly desirable.
