Responsibilities

Make an impact

• Lead a dynamic team of 6 Operational Procurement Managers focusing on the EMEA region, mostly based in Dortmund.

• Support day-to-day processes, especially during peak times, ensuring timely process completion and compliance.

• Serve as the first point of contact for procurement-related queries from the Swisslog community and stakeholders.

• Drive continuous improvements for efficiency, participate in the development and implementation of the digital target picture.

• Upskill and train your team on the latest process changes, and assess potential shifts of activities to a Shared Service Center.

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed

• You have a commercial degree or similar with robust technical acumen.

• Several years of experience in operational procurement and ideally first experiences in a similar role.

• Proficiency in SAP R3 MM (Material Management) with focus on procurement transactions.

• Experience in Supply Chain Management in comparable industries and with project-oriented solutions.

• Basic knowledge of contract and sustainability regulations.

• Knowledge of digital tools in the Supply Chain / Procurement field is a plus.

• Fluent in English and German.
