We’re looking for an Inside Sales Manager

to build, lead, and scale a high-performing inside sales team for a new product launch. This team will sell to our existing client base—salon owners—helping them unlock new value and opportunities. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, enjoys building processes from scratch, and can balance operational execution with strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruit, train, and develop an inside sales team to drive product adoption among existing customers.
  2. Set up scalable processes, tools (CRM, reporting, automation), and performance metrics.
  3. Lead by example—refine scripts, participate in customer calls, and close deals.
  4. Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and optimize team efficiency.
  5. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
  6. Define and implement the sales playbook, including messaging, outreach sequences, and objection handling.
  7. Ensure a consultative sales approach that builds long-term relationships with salon owners.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in inside sales leadership, preferably in a high-growth startup or fast-scaling business.
  • Experience in building and scaling an inside sales team.
  • Strong leadership skills—coaching, inspiring, and motivating a team.
  • Hands-on and operational—willing to engage in daily activities while thinking strategically.
  • Analytical mindset—comfortable with data, metrics, and process optimization.
  • Experience in B2B sales, especially with SMEs or salon owners, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German (DE) and English (EN).
  • Self-starter with a passion for building and scaling revenue-generating projects for Salonkee.
