Responsibilities:
  1. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of healthcare data analysts, focusing on healthcare sector rankings including hospitals and nursing homes.
  2. Coach and develop team members to uphold high standards in healthcare data management, ensuring accuracy, validation, and advanced evaluation techniques with methodological rigor.
  3. Drive innovation in healthcare rankings and identify emerging industry trends for future projects.
  4. Develop methodologies and concept documents tailored to healthcare data demands.
  5. Present methodologies and insights confidently to healthcare stakeholders and media partners.
  6. Oversee global healthcare rankings, engaging with media partners, hospitals, and industry experts.
  7. Lead project teams to ensure accurate and timely healthcare data analysis and presentation.
  8. Strategize to meet departmental goals, optimize resources, and ensure project delivery.
  9. Exemplify leadership by embodying Statista's values and maintaining high standards of excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Sciences, Health Economics, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  2. At least 4 years of professional healthcare data analysis experience, managing complex projects.
  3. Proven success in leading healthcare projects, with experience in hospital rankings or clinical outcomes.
  4. Leadership experience is highly advantageous.
  5. Strong analytical, quantitative skills, and a proactive approach.
  6. Independent, reliable work style with resilience, flexibility, and teamwork spirit.
  7. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  8. Willingness to work from abroad up to 10 days a year (or 30 if family lives abroad).
