• Monitor global recruitment KPIs and prepare management reports with actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, digitize and automate recruitment processes and lead global TA projects.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align with business needs and priorities.

• Develop and implement a global TA strategy aligned with business objectives, workforce plans and future growth requirements.
• Global owner and subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting, driving the continuous optimization, governance and enhancement of the system and related recruitment processes.
• Ensure global recruitment processes and practices comply with applicable legal, regulatory and data protection requirements, including relevant local and international employment and privacy regulations.
• Monitor, analyze and further develop global recruitment KPIs and metrics; prepare management reports and translate insights into actionable recommendations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, digitize and automate recruitment processes and lead relevant global TA projects and initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensure alignment with business needs and recruitment priorities.
• Monitor international recruitment trends, market developments and emerging technologies and translate relevant developments into innovative and practical TA solutions.
