Team Lead (gn) Software Development / Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Team: internal IT team of SoftwareOne | Pensum: full time

Location: Germany (preferred); Poland, Bulgaria | Working model: hybrid

We are seeking a Team Lead (gn) for our Inhouse Dynamics 365 CRM Software Development teams. We use the latest Microsoft technologies and agile methods (SCRUM, KANBAN) to develop and quickly adapt to customer, partner, and market needs, achieving short time-to-market cycles.

Key responsibilities:

• Interpersonal and disciplinary management of software developers and consultants globally.
• Coordinate and develop the teams strategically to ensure effective collaboration and up to date in working methodology and processes.
• Set up and recruit new developers/consultants for the 365 CRM platform together with the Talent Acquisition team.
• Support the team members in their personal development as well as in the fulfillment of their operational tasks, in order to achieve the ambitious goals of SoftwareOne.
• Establish and improve the software engineering processes together with the teams.
• Participate in the design, implementation, documentation, and testing of software solutions.
• Take ownership for compliance with quality assurance processes.
• Handle external service providers when needed.
• Work closely with Product Management and Product Owners to develop efficient solutions for internal customers.

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Profound experience in leading exciting CRM projects.
• Validated leadership skills.
• Good overview of current capabilities of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM cloud platform incl. Power Platform.
• Experience with modern software engineering practices in low-/no-code environments.
• Overview in sales process design and implementation.
• Expertise in agile methodologies (SCRUM and KANBAN).
• Excellent communication skills, especially in English.
• Commitment to quality, scalability, and reliability.
• Passion for enabling and growing people.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and solve problems efficiently.
• Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, able to work independently, and assume ownership (You built it, you run it).
