In this role, you will combine technical expertise with leadership, guiding a team of 3-6 engineers to build scalable, high-impact solutions. You will shape the team’s technical direction, champion best practices, and work closely with product managers to translate business needs into effective solutions.

You will have an impact on:

• Lead by exampleby writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code while reviewing and mentoring the work of other engineers

• Define and drive technical direction,setting engineering best practices and making architectural decisions that support scalability and performance

• Own the agile process, facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain momentum and efficiency

• Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to align engineering solutions with business goals and customer needs

• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Stay at the forefront of technology, identifying and introducing tools and frameworks that enhance our stack and accelerate development

What you will add to our Crew:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, ideally in full-stack roles

• Deep proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js/React, Node.js, MySQL, and AWS

• Strong foundation in software engineering principles — clean, modular, testable, and maintainable code

• Proven experience designing and operating scalable, distributed systems in production

• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

• Excellent communication skills, with a talent for bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Demonstrated leadership experience as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Senior Engineer, with a focus on mentoring and supporting team growth
