Job Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the E-commerce team.
- Manage shipments and customer requests for the e-commerce business to ensure delivery according to contractual agreements.
- Handle logistics transactions including capacity planning, shipment tracking, proof of delivery (POD), and delivery status requests.
- Coordinate daily communication with Control Tower, Warehouse, and Sales to ensure loadings and deliveries.
- Manage and handle claims and customer VOCs.
- Address issues related to undelivered and damaged goods.
- Validate and clarify logistics costs.
- Manage relationships with carriers and logistics partners.
Reporting & Projects
- Continuously improve logistics activities.
- Coordinate system adjustments and enhancements for projects.
- Create various reports (daily, weekly, monthly) including in-transit, incident, review, and simulation reports.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Economics, Logistics/SCM, or equivalent.
- Experience in the E-Commerce Logistics Forwarding Industry is preferred.
- General IT affinity is a plus.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and German.
- High flexibility, intercultural and social skills, diligence, and resilience.
- Analytical skills and data processing experience.
- Solution-driven and result-oriented mentality.
- Experience with TMS tools and managing KPI reports.
