Jobtailor in Karlsruhe, Germany, seeks an experienced engineering leader to guide a growing software team. You will own technical direction for your domain, drive architecture decisions, and partner with senior engineers to shape the wider technical strategy.

You will mentor developers, run regular 1:1s, conduct Growth Talks, and lead annual performance reviews. You will contribute hands-on when needed and raise quality through robust code reviews.

Qualifikationen

• Five or more years of software development experience.
• Depth in at least one backend or frontend stack.
• Experience mentoring, leading, or coaching other developers.
• Familiarity with agile ways of working is a plus.
