Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a proven engineering leader to lead and grow a team of 5–10 engineers, delivering scalable, secure systems. You will set architectural direction, drive agile delivery, and align with product strategy.

You will mentor engineers through regular 1:1s, recruit top talent, foster inclusion, and collaborate with executives. The role reports to the VP of Engineering and requires strong design patterns and cloud-native experience.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• 3+ years managing a team of 3+ engineers.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and architectural thinking.
• Experience scaling engineering teams in high-growth environments.
• Background with domain-driven design, event-driven architecture, or microservices.
• Experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js; NestJS and PostgreSQL; cloud-native architectures.

• Understanding of cloud-native architectures with Kubernetes and Terraform
• Proven record of shipping scalable, secure, high-performing applications
• Ability to work an 8 to 5 EST schedule
• Legal right to work in the United States after hiring
• BONUS: Experience in PropTech, real estate tech, or B2B2C SaaS platforms
