BoostHire LLC in Berlin is seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to set architectural direction, lead a high-performing team, and deliver high-quality financial products. You will write code, make architectural decisions, and coach developers toward technical and professional growth.

You will lead core frontend and backend features, design scalable systems, review code, and collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders to align goals. Mentoring and team-process improvements are key as we scale.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Backend: Java/.NET/Node.js; Frontend: React/Angular/Vue.
• Deep understanding of system design and software lifecycle.
• Excellent communicator who translates business needs into technical plans.
• Comfortable in cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP).
• Nice to have fintech or regulated industry experience.
• Open-source contributions or internal platform experience.

Requirements

Who you are

6+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role

Strong experience in backend (Java/.NET/Node.js) and frontend (React/Angular/Vue)

Deep understanding of system design, architecture, and software lifecycle

Excellent communicator who can translate business needs into technical plans

Comfortable working in cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP)

Passionate about mentoring and building high-trust teams

Nice to have

Experience in fintech or regulated industries

Familiarity with compliance, auditing, or financial integrations
