Start today as a Team Lead for our client’s Data Center and help shape a brighter future. We are seeking a suitable candidate to support one of our clients in Nuremberg. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, incident management, capacity planning, and system performance management (proactively). You will be based in Nuremberg and work remotely with our client’s Data Centers worldwide.

Responsibilities:

1. Incident resolution and management
2. Implementation and management of changes
3. Installation of new versions and patches
4. Acting as a primary contact during operational tasks
5. Supplier management for incident-related communication
6. Documentation of tasks in a ticketing tool
7. Supporting planning and implementation of projects and new designs

Qualifications:

• Experience with Data Center Infrastructure Management tools (preferably FNT Command)
• Skills in system monitoring and incident management, including vendor management
• Experience in global Data Center operations, both on-premise and remote
• Ability to create and maintain KPIs for Data Center infrastructure
• Knowledge of hardware products from vendors like Dell, EMC, Cisco
• Basic knowledge of cooling, air-conditioning, building technology, server OS (MS, Unix), networking, storage, backup, and ITIL
