Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Senior Customer Success-Rolle oder ähnlichem.
  • Erfahrung in einem schnell wachsenden, digitalen Unternehmen, idealerweise B2B.

Your Mission

  • Communicate the company vision, strategy, and goals within your Customer Success team
  • Directly manage a team of Customer Success Managers to ensure the achievement of team and individual goals (gross retention, upsell pipeline generation)
  • Manage team performance, lead and coach individuals to ensure goal achievement, and identify development potential
  • Identify knowledge gaps and training needs, to ensure your team is set up to succeed, while also identifying opportunities for process improvement (i.e., tooling, workflows)
  • Support strategic development of SoSafe Customer Success through collaboration with management of the entire Customer organization, and other cross-functional teams

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in a Senior Customer Success role (or similar function)
  • Experience in a fast-growing, digital company, ideally selling B2B, SaaS, enterprise products
  • High level of personal responsibility and ownership
  • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire and lead others through persuasion and consensus building
  • Passion for understanding customer needs to drive revenue growth
  • Understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Strong coaching skills, and ability to empower CSMs to succeed independently
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German
