Job Description

  • Own the CRM vision and strategy on how to best build a long-term relationship with our customer base
  • Be on top of CRM trends and initiate projects to further grow the contribution of CRM to business results
  • Leverage data to better understand our customer segments and their lifecycle, ultimately increasing LTV and retention
  • Work collaboratively with marketing-, engineering-, content- and product teams.
  • Apply personalized lifecycle strategies to develop and run engaging and impactful campaigns across multiple channels including email, push, SMS etc
  • Strive for excellence in our CRM measures to ensure a seamless customer experience across touchpoints

Qualifications

  • Strong leader with several years of experience in CRM in a direct-to-consumer and/or app-based business
  • Exceptional CRM knowledge with profound technical and commercial understanding, ideally with experience in scaling teams and implementing multi-product strategies
  • Deep-knowledge of the customer-lifecycle with first-hand experience in developing customer-focused and scalable activation-, engagement-, retention-, and loyalty strategies
  • Strong track record in setting up an innovative ‘test-and-learn’-culture to continuously adjust the CRM approach for an ongoing improvement of results
  • Pragmatism in executing short-term projects while driving long-term strategy implementation
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and mentor a high performing team
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketingcloud
  • You are fluent in German and English
