Who we are

The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley, we are starting our own battery cell production and ramping up our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization handles battery cell development, including research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing, and analysis of battery cells.

Your role and key responsibilities

• Lead the Cell Design sub-department within series development of battery cells
• Responsible for the technical development of battery cells from concept to industrialization for various projects
• Oversee cell design, cell releases, and release recommendations to customers
• Manage change processes within technical development
• Build personnel expertise, market knowledge, and development capabilities
• Perform resource planning, management, and control

What you bring to the team

• Degree in engineering (mechanical, production engineering, chemistry, or similar)
• Extensive professional experience in the battery industry
• Experience leading industrialization projects for battery cells
• Leadership experience in disciplinary and technical areas
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Business fluency in English
