Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Operative Bearbeitung der Kundenaufträge im Bereich Brandschutz.
• Kontrolle und Analyse von Leistungs-, Arbeitszeit- und Kostendaten.
• Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams und Verantwortung für Reklamationsmanagement.

Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

• Sie stellen die operative Bearbeitung der Kundenaufträge im Bereich Brandschutz in Deutschland und dem benachbarten Ausland sicher.
• Sie kontrollieren und analysieren monatlich Leistungs-, Arbeitszeit- und Kostendaten und leiten Maßnahmen zur wirtschaftlichen Optimierung ein.
• Sie unterstützen das Vertriebsteam fachlich, betreuen Kunden und übernehmen Verantwortung für das Reklamationsmanagement.
• Sie fördern systematische Vertriebstätigkeiten zur deutschlandweiten Kundenentwicklung und identifizieren neue Kundenbedarfe.
• Sie verantworten die Einarbeitung, Weiterbildung und Dienstaufsicht von Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern (inkl. „Safety walks“), um Qualität, Arbeitsschutz und Vertragseinhaltung sicherzustellen.
  
  

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

• Sie haben ein technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder verfügen über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Sie bringen mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich baulicher Brandschutz mit und verfügen über vertiefte Kenntnisse in allen Leistungsphasen gemäß AHO Heft 17.
• Sie besitzen erste Führungserfahrung und überzeugen durch hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie diplomatisches Geschick.
• Sie denken unternehmerisch, arbeiten ergebnisorientiert und haben Freude an den Netzwerken sowie an der Zusammenarbeit mit operativen und serviceorientierten Bereichen.
• Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B1). Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und ein Führerschein der Klasse B sind selbstverständlich.
