Your mission

• You will be responsible for the operational management and further development of our international Brand & Content team and will ensure clear priorities, efficient processes, and high-quality implementation.
• Together with your team, you will implement an integrated content strategy—from text to graphics to video—and ensure a consistent brand presence across all channels and countries.
• You will work closely with the Director of Global Marketing, support the implementation of the overall brand strategy, and contribute operational ideas for content and campaigns in various markets.
• In collaboration with Performance Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and Events, you will manage cross-media campaigns that are internationally oriented and can be adapted locally.
• You will be responsible for budget planning, controlling, and KPI analyses for brand awareness, reach, engagement, and leads—also with a view to international target markets.
• With your keen sense for trends, target groups, and market requirements, you will derive concrete recommendations for action and bring creative ideas to fruition.

Your profile

• You have a degree in marketing, communications, media, or a comparable field.
• You have several years of experience in content or brand management, combined with initial leadership experience.
• You have in-depth knowledge of brand management, storytelling, and digital marketing—ideally in an international environment.
• You are comfortable working with CMS, social media, and marketing tools.
• You are strong in project management, organized, and able to keep track of multiple projects at once.
• You have strong communication skills in German and English—additional languages are a plus.
• You combine creativity and strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality and leadership skills.
