Qualifikationen

  • 5 ans d'expérience pertinente.

What you’ll do
  • As aTeam Lead, Brand Communication (f/m/d)you will be the guardian of our brand voice, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand experience across all European markets and channels
  • You are passionate about creating a framework for maintaining brand identity, tone of voice and storytelling across all markets and channels, will ensure consistent application of brand guidelines, tone of voice and visual identity across all communication channels, including digital, retails, social media, and events
  • You know which communication channels are up-to-date and with which content they should be used to get the most attention from the right target group
  • You will lead the launch campaign process from end-to-end with a cross-functional marketing team to maximize the sales impact
  • You will develop product communication strategies that are aligned with our audience/customer insights
  • You will lead and mentor the brand communications team including social media, influencers and partnerships, while working cross-functionally to drive brand growth and impact

Who you are
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • You have experience in the health/nutrition or other consumer goods industry
  • Proven track record in a consultancy firm or in-house consultancy is a BIG plus
  • You are proficient in oral and written communication in German and English. French language skills are a BIG plus.
