What you can expect

As Team Lead B2B Marketing, you will own the strategy and execution of our B2B partner acquisition and retention efforts. Your mission is twofold: attract and onboard new professional dealers to Chrono24, and strengthen engagement, loyalty, and trust among our existing network of partners. You’ll lead a high-performing team and work cross-functionally to deliver measurable impact on business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and execute Chrono24’s global B2B marketing strategy to drive growth and partner engagement
  2. Create impactful communications to build loyalty and position Chrono24 as the marketplace of choice for professional sellers
  3. Strengthen relationships with our network of 3,500+ watch dealers located around the world through targeted campaigns and lifecycle marketing
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, account management, and CRM teams to deliver a seamless partner experience
  5. Own B2B marketing budget
  6. Manage and scale a high-performing team of 3+
  7. Foster a data-driven, results-focused team culture

  1. Over 7 years of marketing experience with a strong emphasis on B2B communications, ideally within a platform, marketplace, or SaaS environment
  2. Proven ability to lead teams and drive partner acquisition and engagement
