Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Provides autonomous administrative support to the Regional Management Team (Sales & Marketing and Operations & SCM) in Frankfurt.
  2. Assist in preparing qualified presentations, reports and proposals for clients.
  3. Manage calendars, schedule appointments and travels.
  4. Assist in coordinating events, conferences, programs and meetings.
  5. Coordinate communication with the team and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow and information sharing.
  6. Create and update records to ensure accuracy and to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Your Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree in administration or a comparable qualification
  2. Fluent English and German, knowledge of other EU languages are an advantage
  3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity in SAP
  4. Excellent organizational and communication skills
  5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  6. Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
