At Earlybird, your projects, responsibilities, and tasks will likely include:

  • Scheduling appointments, organizing team meetings, and providing administrative support for meetings, agendas, events, interviews, and projects
  • Planning and booking business travel
  • Acting as a first point of contact for the local team
  • Undertaking ad hoc administration tasks as required
  • Collaborating with Earlybird colleagues across offices (Berlin, Munich, & London) and funds

What we hope you bring to the role:

  • Previous experience in project coordination, office management, and/or team assistance
  • Completed professional apprenticeship (for example, in tourism/hotels, secretarial duties, or similar) or similar
  • Attention to detail and client orientation
  • Very strong organizational skills plus the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as well as the Google suite, Zoom, Slack, and other tools that make workflow more efficient
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Work authorization for Germany
