You can expect the following
  • Providing a welcoming and professional front-desk experience for visitors and handling all incoming calls
  • General office organization and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Coordination of appointments for partners and project managers
  • Planning, booking and invoicing of regional business trips
  • Handling of incoming and outgoing mail as well as coordination of courier services
  • Checking incoming invoices and cash management incl. expense management
  • Preparation and follow-up of meetings, events and hospitality arrangements
You bring along
  • Initial professional experience in a similar role, ideally in office management or front desk / reception
  • Friendly, professional attitude and structured way of working
  • Strong service orientation, excellent organizational skills and a high level of discretion
  • Fluent German and good English skills
