We are seeking highly qualified candidates for the position of Team Assistant (m/f/x) Europe Supply Chain Management in Munich, on a part-time basis (20 hours/week).

The position:

Are you an organized, proactive professional eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment? Join our Europe Supply Chain Management team as a Team Assistant. You will provide essential administrative and logistical support, ensuring smooth operations aligned with company standards. Reporting directly to the Head of Europe Supply Chain Management, you will support line managers and the team with competence and autonomy, managing relevant processes proactively.

Role & responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support in procurement processes (PR/PO) using SAP, including fact-checking and approval of electronic invoices.
  • Support cost budget and forecast processes; monitor cost development across all Europe SCM cost centers.
  • Assist in contracting activities, including contract/SLA preparation, tracking, and filing (online and DSE archive); prepare transparency lists.
  • Organize internal and external meetings (e.g., annual, offsite, global SCM meetings in Europe).
  • Support business travel arrangements and expense claims.
  • Onboard new colleagues regarding equipment and access rights.
  • Manage projects such as departmental relocations, intranet updates, and department presentations.
Professional experience & education:
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Hands-on experience with SAP preferred: creating purchase orders, tracking budgets, managing electronic invoices.
  • High integrity and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.
  • Dependability, punctuality, and high standards of performance.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to foster a positive environment.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of another European language is a plus.
