Responsibilities:
  1. Provide proactive administrative and organizational support to the Group Director of Sustainability and the Sustainability Department.
  2. Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and managing appointments.
  3. Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence for the Group Director.
  4. Coordinate meetings, department events, and internal communication workflows.
  5. Oversee document management and digital collaboration tools, including OneNote.
  6. Support operational tasks and facilitate departmental reviews (e.g., OGSM).
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Sustainability mindset, professional and concise communication skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Efficient, accurate, proactive, and forward-thinking working style.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or professional office administration.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and related software.
  • Background in business administration, office management, or a similar qualification.
  • Proficiency in German and English.
