Qualifikationen

Jobbeschreibung

Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Corporate Communications team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a temporary basis for 24 months, commencing as soon as possible as a Team Assistant Corporate Communications. The position is suitable for part-time work (min. 30 HPW).

You can look forward to:

  • Organization and coordination of appointments, preparation and follow-up of meetings and internal and external events
  • Preparation of minutes and presentation documents
  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new employees in the department
  • Preparation and follow-up of business trips, including travel bookings, visa applications and travel expense reports
  • Carrying out classic assistant activities, such as procuring materials, processing mail and invoices
  • Supervision of the merchandise shop and processing of inquiries in international marketing support
  • Representing and supporting the assistant in a related area

You come equipped with:

  • Several years of professional experience as a (team) assistant in an international company
  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Confident handling of modern digital media, communication and collaboration tools
  • Proactive, service-oriented way of working and a hands-on mentality
  • Quick comprehension skills and a professional, engaging demeanor
  • German and English at a business fluent level combined with strong communication skills
