We are looking for a Tax Manager Transfer Pricing (m / f / diverse) to support our Automotive Finance and Controlling area at the locations in Hannover or Frankfurt.

Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

1. Evaluation and documentation of restructurings and value chain transformation projects, including transfer of functions and valuation of intangibles.
2. Discussions with German and foreign tax authorities, particularly regarding the defense of Continental transfer pricing in tax audits.
3. Serving as a contact partner for German and foreign group companies on transfer pricing topics.
4. Preparation of global and local transfer pricing documentation for the Continental Group (Masterfile, Local File).
5. Conducting data analyses and preparing reports on transfer pricing topics, including FAR and DEMPE analyses.
6. Coordination and implementation of advance pricing agreements and dispute resolution processes worldwide.
7. Review and further development of Continental's transfer pricing business model and policies.
8. Participation in and advising on projects relevant to transfer pricing, including M&A and restructuring projects.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate (m / f / diverse) will possess:

1. An academic degree in Economics, Business Administration, or similar, including graduation as Diplom-Finanzwirt or Law.
2. Experience working in a tax advisory firm, in-house tax department of multinational companies, or tax authorities, focusing on transfer pricing.
3. Expertise in German and international transfer pricing principles.
4. Good knowledge of German and international tax principles.
5. Advanced German and English skills (written and spoken).
6. Solid knowledge of MS Office.
7. Strong analytical, communication skills, and an independent working style.
8. Problem-solving mindset, strong commitment, and team spirit.
