Job Responsibilities

1. Manage the tax environment and tax declarations for our four German entities, including corporate tax, CIT, withholding tax (50a), VAT, and wage tax treatments if required.
2. Oversee the application of tax compliance assessments performed by external partners, collaborating with relevant departments to ensure correct implementation.
3. Calculate corporate taxes for shareholder reporting and prepare tax documentation based on actual data and budget exercises.
4. Maintain transfer pricing policies based on international tax knowledge.
5. Act as the primary contact during tax audits, coordinating data collection and liaising with tax auditors.
6. Assess withholding tax applications on various projects in collaboration with creative and legal teams.

Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in tax, with prior experience as a tax advisor and in-house counsel preferred.
• Have applied for the tax certificate exam in Germany.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a structured approach to managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to take responsibility and work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder communication.
• Fluent in English and German.
