Your future contribution

HomeToGo is looking for a Tax Manager (m / f / d). As part of the Tax team, your priority will be to support all group-wide TAX-related processes to ensure our tax compliance in all operating countries, but especially for our German entities. You will closely collaborate with our central accounting team in Berlin as well as the local management teams of our subsidiaries currently in Europe and the United States to ensure alignment with all relevant internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for a candidate with relevant expertise, who shows pragmatism, uses their strong communication skills to easily build internal relationships and has a passion to work in a fast-paced international environment.

How you’ll add value

Support the preparation of tax declarations for German entities

Ensure the timely tax filing for all German entities

Play a significant role in tax-related projects driven by legislative changes or business initiatives

Support tax-related group reporting and external tax audits

Contribute to the continuous improvement of tax processes

Consult the group management and the local subsidiaries' management on all Tax-related matters

Be a sparring partner for product-related tax compliance questions

You’ll be successful in this role if you

Have 3+ years of relevant professional experience in the Tax department of an international corporate company or tax consulting

Possess strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a result-oriented working style

Are tech-savvy and motivated to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing international environment

Are fluent in both English and German

Have experience with the implementation of a tax compliance management system (a strong plus)
