Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Contract Manager to oversee contract performance, lead staff, and track deliverables. You will communicate status changes to the COR and drive service improvements while maintaining daily contract communications.

The role requires a Secret clearance, DoD 8570.01 IAM Level III compliance, and 3+ years of leadership or contract administration experience. Work hours align with Central Time, Monday–Friday.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with three years of team lead or management experience or an Associate's degree with five years of team lead or management experience.
• Experience managing staff, tracking deliverables, communicating with COR, and maintaining daily contract communications.
• Security clearance and DoD 8570.01/8570.01-M IAM Level III compliance or equivalent.

Requirements

• Secret clearance required
• DoD 8570.01 / 8570.01-M compliance at IAM Level III or equivalent
• Minimum three years of project management, team leadership, or contract administration experience
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline plus three years of team lead or management experience; or associate’s degree in any discipline plus five years of team lead or management experience
• Ability to manage staff, track deliverables, communicate with the COR, supervise assigned personnel, manage monthly progress report accuracy/timeliness, and maintain daily contract communication
• Available 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday except Federal holidays, with authority to act for the contractor on daily contract operations
