Jobtailor seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead federal contract delivery, ensure Agile/Kanban execution, and coordinate cross-functional teams. You will manage sprint reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder communications to maintain schedule integrity.

The role requires 7+ years in delivery management, service-now experience, and PMP/CSM/SAFe/ITIL certifications. Location is Germany, with a focus on compliant, efficient project delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of technical project or delivery management experience.
• Federal contract delivery experience.
• Experience with Agile/Kanban software sustainment or O&M.
• Experience with sprint status reporting, risks/issues, staffing coverage, and deliverable acceptance.
• Ability to manage a small technical team without adding unnecessary overhead.
• Experience coordinating with CORs, Product Owners, business testers, security staff, and platform teams.
• Understanding of change control and release governance.
• Enforce contract restrictions, including no use of generative AI for deliverables unless authorized by the Contracting Officer.
• Preferred: ServiceNow delivery experience; GSA MAS task order experience; PMP/CSM/SAFe/ITIL; experience managing FFP sprint-based invoicing.
