Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is seeking a Talent Scout (German-speaking, phone-based) for a full-time hybrid role in Berlin. You will reach out to applicants quickly, present an engaging pitch, and conduct initial screenings to move strong candidates forward.

We value a high-energy, people-focused attitude; native German and fluent English are essential. Prior recruiting experience isn’t required, and you’ll work with the Head of People in a fast-growing wellness-focused company.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native German (essential).
• Fluent spoken and written English (essential).
• Based in Berlin with the right to work in Germany, able to work hybrid from the office.
• Available for evenings and weekends as a regular part of the schedule.
• Experience in a people-facing role such as sales, customer service, hospitality or recruiting.
• Builds rapport quickly and reads people well.
• High energy and resilient across a busy call schedule.
• Organised and dependable with many conversations in progress.

This hire sits at the very start of the recruitment funnel, where speed and a great first impression make all the difference.

The Role

As a Talent Scout, your job is simple: find the great people hidden in a stream of new applications. You’ll call applicants fast, make them excited about the opportunity, and spot who’s a strong fit.

It’s a people-first, phone-heavy role for someone with a good ear for character and plenty of energy. You’ll work with the Head of People from the Berlin office and home. Previous recruiting experience isn’t required. The right attitude is.
