The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• University\'s degree or Vocational Training (Ausbildung) in HR Administration & Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience if you are an HR Generalist OR 5 years as HRBP, possibly in a matrix environment
• Sound knowledge of German Labor and Social Law
• Experience in working with Work Council
• Fluent German, fluent English
