With significant room to take ownership, this role provides an opportunity to grow into a well-rounded People professional from the beginning of your career.

Accountabilities
  • Support day-to-day HR administration, including preparing and following up on employment contracts, amendments, renewals, and other HR documentation.

  • Help manage HR processes through the HRIS, including leave, absences, expenses, employee information, and other administrative tasks.

  • Contribute to payroll preparation and work closely with Finance to ensure HR data remains accurate and up to date.

  • Respond to employee questions and provide a reliable, service-oriented point of contact for People-related matters.

  • Conduct HR interviews with candidates, understand their motivations and expectations, present opportunities clearly, and contribute to a positive candidate experience.

  • Act as an enthusiastic ambassador for the organization, communicating its projects, culture, and opportunities to prospective employees.

  • Test new approaches, measure their effectiveness, and implement improvements that make People operations more efficient.

Requirements
  • 0–2 years of professional experience, including internships, apprenticeships, or other early-career experience.

  • A first experience or strong interest in HR, recruitment, administration, communication, customer-facing work, or a related field.

  • Previous experience interacting with candidates, customers, or in a commercial environment is a plus.

  • Curiosity and confidence with digital tools, with an interest in learning HRIS and ATS platforms.

  • Interest in AI, automation, and using technology to improve everyday processes.

  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

  • Genuine interest in people and a strong service mindset toward both candidates and employees.

  • Fast-learning mindset, curiosity, and willingness to develop expertise across new HR topics.

  • Entrepreneurial approach, with the initiative and autonomy to identify opportunities and build solutions.

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to present an opportunity convincingly and engage different audiences.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability when handling sensitive administrative information.

  • Discretion and a high level of confidentiality when dealing with employee and candidate data.

  • Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment and communicate effectively in writing.

  • Fluent French, as it is the primary business language.

  • English proficiency at B2 level or above, as English is the secondary working language.

Benefits
  • Permanent, full-time position in a fully remote European environment.

  • Opportunity to build broad HR expertise across administration, HR systems, payroll support, onboarding, recruitment, and employee experience.

  • Daily support and mentoring from an experienced People team.

  • Meaningful responsibilities and the opportunity to contribute ideas from the first weeks.

  • Exposure to diverse teams and professional profiles across Tech, Product, Data, Growth, Finance, and other functions.

  • Modern digital tools and opportunities to experiment with automation and AI.

  • Work remotely from anywhere in Europe.

  • Option to work remotely from another time zone for up to one month.
