TieTalent is seeking a Talent Partner / Recruiter to enhance its talent acquisition strategy in Karlsruhe. This role focuses on managing recruitment processes and employer branding projects. The Talent Partner / Recruiter will play a critical role in driving our talent acquisition strategy and ensuring a seamless end-to-end recruitment process. This role will also involve managing select employer branding and talent attraction projects to enhance our visibility and appeal as an employer of choice. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in recruitment and project management, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates alike.

What You Can Expect

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers of your assigned business areas to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and department heads.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress and market trends to inform decision-making.

Project Management

  • Lead and manage select talent attraction projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze recruitment metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging recruitment technologies to enhance our talent acquisition efforts.

What Sets You Apart

  • Ideally Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, from an inhouse or agency position
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Experience with Personio is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for employer branding and talent attraction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
