What You'll Do
For our Talent Management PPL Unit Central Europe of the Consulting Team, we’re looking for a Talent Management (Senior) Specialist for Central Europe. You’ll act as the primary HR contact for all leaders of the Consulting Team (Project Leader, Principals and Partner), combining strong HR expertise with a sharp business sense to develop impactful solutions aligned with strategic goals for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Central Eastern Europe.
In this role, you will be responsible for the entire HR-life cycle (primarily career development and staffing) for a target group and will also support the respective Practice Area Leader in weekly staffing meetings. As part of the HR process, you’ll focus on staffing and career development. When engaging in staffing, you will ensure the optimal assignment of Project Leaders, Principals, and Partners (PPL) to projects—not only based on availability and expertise, but with a strategic mindset that aligns individual development with business impact. You’ll proactively challenge assumptions and engage in discussions with senior leaders to arrive at the best staffing decisions. As part of the Career Development Team, you’ll support the consultants in your practice area and will be responsible for providing them with support and guidance throughout the various career levels.
You’ll be involved in preparing and following up on career development meetings, which take place regularly. You will also act as the first point of contact for all HR-related questions, support colleagues with the required materials and information, and connect with other experts within the organization. As Talent Management (Senior) Specialist for Central Europe, you’ll work closely with Project Leaders, Principals, Partners, Practice Area Leaders, and Managing Directors, as well as with all other HR departments. You’re always on the lookout for solutions that anticipate both business and employee needs and holistically cover the development of our colleagues. You’ll report directly to the responsible CE Talent Management Unit Director, who will be there for you during your phase and support you in your professional development. You will also always be able to draw upon the experience of your other coworkers.
