Responsibilities include:

• Driving talent management initiatives and optimizing performance development processes
• Leading people and organization development projects in collaboration with HR teams
• Designing and implementing global frameworks for development offerings
• Developing global succession strategies
• Tracking and analyzing talent data to inform business decisions

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in HR management, organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field
• Relevant experience in talent management within a global organization
• Experience in implementing global initiatives
• Strong data affinity and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills in English; German and other languages are a plus
