  • Salary Range: €75,000 - 90,000 per year gross depending on the seniority level
  • Office-first work setup
  • Language Requirement: C1 Level English + German preferred
Your Responsibilities

  • Find and attract top-tier tech talent, representing our startup in the best light possible to engage +++A candidates.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for tech roles, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for candidates.
  • Partner closely with leadership to define role requirements, develop strategic recruitment plans, and foster company culture.
  • Build and nurture strong talent pipelines, leveraging creative sourcing strategies to attract and engage the best candidates.
  • Represent our brand in the tech community by attending relevant events, networking, and creating compelling narratives about our mission and culture.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with company growth objectives and contribute to the success of creating Europe's largest virtual power plant.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Participate in resolving ongoing hiring challenges and proactively develop solutions to overcome them.
Your Profile

  • Proven experience in tech recruiting, preferably in fast-scaling tech companies or startups.
  • Strong knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and a knack for identifying top-tier talent.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach.
  • High energy, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for recruitment.
  • Strong urge to increase efficiency and automate processes wherever possible.
  • Operational excellence, with the ability to stay organized and on top of multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (Personio experience is a plus).

I'm Fabian, Co-founder at Flexa. My passion for the energy transition began early, during my first internship at a wind farm contractor when I was just 16. Watching those massive turbines rise from the ground was a moment of awe that still resonates with me. After starting a few of my own ventures and completing my studies in Finance, I transitioned into the consulting industry, where I eagerly immersed myself in energy projects. From that point on, I was hooked.


Building Flexa is both a tremendous motivator and a significant responsibility for me. It’s an incredible opportunity to work on some of the most complex and critical challenges our society faces today, alongside a team of exceptionally talented individuals.
