Hmbl Tech is seeking a Talent Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for candidates entering our recruiting pipeline. You will run structured intake calls, assess fit, capture key information, and create an engaging first impression, ensuring a smooth handoff to recruiters.

You will conduct high-volume intake calls, document candidate data in our ATS/CRM, and guide candidates through next steps with a professional, proactive approach.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, recruiting, sales, marketing or similar.

As a Talent Intake Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for candidates entering our recruiting pipeline. Your job is to run structured virtual intake calls, assess fit, capture key information, and create a great first impression.
