Netlight seeks a driven early-career professional to lead recruitment activities across our German locations. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding, while networking and branding the Netlight story to attract top IT talent.

The role emphasizes German and English fluency, a passion for people, and an entrepreneurial mindset within a collaborative, international environment.

Qualifications

• Full business-level fluency in written and spoken German & English.
• Soon-to-be Graduate / Recent Graduate / Young Professional with a master's degree.
• Passion for people, recruitment, project management, entrepreneurship, the IT industry and the tech community.
• Experience in related areas (recruitment, sales, employer branding, project management, networking, marketing) is a merit.
• Excellent communicator with ability to build trust and rapport.
• Self-driven with an entrepreneur mindset and strong collaboration.
• Structured yet adaptive, taking responsibility for a dynamic learning environment.

You will be a part of the creative and high-performing Talent Search (TS) Team, one of three core processes at Netlight. Your main responsibility will be around recruitment and other processes connected to the growth of Netlight. You will manage the whole recruitment process, from the first contact to a world-class onboarding of our new colleague into Netlight. This involves networking, sourcing, interviewing, project management, internal and external employer branding, talent management, equality work and other activities that connect to a long-term sustainable and successful growth of Netlight.

Requirements

• Soon-to-be Graduate / Recent Graduate / Young Professional with a master's degree
• Full business-level fluency in written and spoken German & English
• Passion for people, recruitment, project management, entrepreneurship, the IT industry and the tech community
• Experienced in relevant areas to the role is a merit, but not a prerequisite, e.g. recruitment, sales, employer branding, project management, networking, start-up experience, Marketing
