Quaker Houghton is seeking a Talent Attraction Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for Operations, Technician and Administrative roles across multiple countries, including Germany and the UK. You will partner with hiring managers, HR partners and vendors to build sourcing strategies and strong pipelines.

You'll drive talent pipelining, manage vendor performance, and ensure a superb candidate experience while maintaining compliance with global TA processes.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of recruiting experience across technician, skilled trades, manufacturing, operations, or related support roles.
• Experience hiring for the manufacturing sector, including permanent and contingent needs.
• Experience in a complex, international, matrixed organization.
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).

• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, approvals, employment laws, and TA global processes.
• Maintain recruitment systems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance TA efficiency and quality.

As Talent Attraction Specialist you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. In this position, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for Technician and Support-level roles mainly across the UK, Germany, while driving sourcing and talent pipeline initiatives that help attract top talent to the organization. Working closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and HR Operations teams, you will develop effective recruitment strategies, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, and ensure hiring goals are met through strong execution and collaboration.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for a talent acquisition professional with at least 4 years of recruiting experience across technician, skilled trades, manufacturing, operations, warehouse, administrative, or other support functions, either in an agency or in-house environment. Experience hiring for the manufacturing sector is highly preferred, particularly supporting both permanent and contingent workforce needs. Success in a complex, international, matrixed organization will be a strong advantage, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders and geographies.

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and Workday highly valued.
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
• Strong communication skills and ability to relate to all levels of the organization
• Able to handle highly sensitive information with strict confidentiality

Languages: English and German high level written and spoken are a must.

Location: Flexible location in Barcelona, Spain, Manchester or Coventry, UK, Krakow, Poland or Dortmund, Germany.
