RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Recruitment of national and international professionals and managers for defined business areas
  • Implementation and development of recruiting and employer branding strategies
  • Proactive talent identification and network development via social media and online portals
  • Review of applications, pre-selection, and conducting interviews
  • Writing job ads in German and English
  • Advising managers on the selection process
  • Participating in trade fairs and events to attract talent
  • Supporting onboarding processes for new employees
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or HR-focused degree
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant recruiting experience
  • Experience with modern recruiting tools in an international context
  • Independent work style with strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Innovative mindset for developing solutions
  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
