We are looking for a global Talent Acquisition Specialist to facilitate our ambitious growth plans and join our journey to expand the frontier of scientific and technological progress with quantum computers!

In this role, you will be part of our global People and Culture team, based in Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to scale up an ambitious deep-tech growth company and support in finding and hiring quantum talents. Your main responsibility is to plan, coordinate, and execute an international talent acquisition strategy to meet our growth targets and connect with our unique talent market. You will play a central role in enabling IQM’s mission to expand the boundaries of science and technology through quantum computing.

Additionally, you will be:

  • Facilitating the end-to-end hiring process from kick-off to onboarding, ensuring a smooth entry into IQM's culture and ways of working.
  • Working closely with our marketing team to strengthen our employer brand and build a robust candidate pipeline aligned with our values.
  • Ensuring our talent acquisition practices comply with local laws and regulations in all locations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Partnering with and advising our people leaders on recruitment best practices, providing guidance to enhance hiring and talent management.
  • Driving continuous improvement of our talent acquisition strategies in partnership with management, the People and Culture team, and the entire IQM team.
  • Collaborating with recruitment partners and managing recruitment channels to attract top candidates.
  • Supporting the P&C team with HR-related tasks, including the development and implementation of HR policies and projects to enhance our organizational culture.
  • Ensuring our recruitment practices reflect IQM’s commitment to an inclusive and diverse workplace.

What skills do I need?

  • Proven track record in international talent acquisition, through hands-on experience or results in fast-paced hiring environments.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience recruiting technical professionals in hardware and software domains.
  • Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion in recruitment.
  • Intercultural awareness and sensitivity.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
